In course of investigation, informant disclosed that call of ransom was made from mobile no. 7352331811 and thereafter, it was detected that sim of the aforesaid mobile set had been issued in the name of one Chandrakala Devi and when the aforesaid Chandrakala Devi was interrogated by the police, she disclosed that sim of the aforesaid mobile was used by the petitioner who happens to be father of her son-in-law and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, co-accused Dilip Kumar and Mithlesh Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 7.9.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2741 of 2015 (3) dt.17-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera at Samastipur/concerned court in Hasanpur P.S. Case no. 29/2014.
