JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner is in jail custody since 18.07.2014 and up till now, only two proposed prosecution witnesses, out of 13 proposed prosecution witnesses, could be examined, which is evident from perusal of the report of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, but there is serious allegation against the petitioner and, hence, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.577 of 2014/151 of 2014, arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 69 of 2014/G.R. No.715 of 2014, pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, is again rejected.

No.13052 of 2016 (3) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, failing which petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
