JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the House Rent Allowance, admissible to the petitioner as per the notification dated 29.07.2010, issued by the Human Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, has not been paid to the petitioner herein for the period 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010, hence the respondents be directed to take a decision in the matter.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.10873 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 petition, before the respondent no. 6.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
