The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, Sanjay Kumar, lodged the case against unknown for kidnapping of his son, Subham Kumar, a student of Class-VII. The informant alleged that he received a call from Mobile No.9525662860, from which a ransom was demanded. It is submitted that co-accused Laddu Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 24.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7176 of 2014 on the ground that the victim himself disclosed before the Court in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that he had left his house on his own volition to extract money from his father only because his father was not properly
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19807 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 looking-after him. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Laddu Kumar.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Satya Priya Anand, J.M., Ist Class at Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.453/2013.
