Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report but informant came to know about the name of the petitioner from covillagers who had assembled there after the alleged occurrence. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and it is not specific who assaulted the injured. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Purnea in Sadar P.S. Case no. 417/2015.
