2. The petitioner has made the following prayers:- (I) Due/arrears of salary since:- (a) November 1984 to February 1986.

(b) May 1986 to February 1992.

(c) November 2003 to February 2004.

(d) December 2005 to February 2006 and (e) December 2010.

(II) 10 % of gratuity since its due date.

(III) Fixed pension of Rs. 4,785/- per month from 01-01-2011 to till date of payment and for fixing pension according to the revised salary from due date. (IV) Penal interest on the aforesaid due payable amounts from its due date with calculation chart.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9837 of 2020(7) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 (V) Other relief(s) to the petitioner for which he is legally entitled.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievances of the petitioner based upon his prayer made in the application were considered by the three men committee under the Chairmanship of Additional Chief Medical Officer, Gaya and accordingly, the three men committee submitted its report to Civil Surgeon and the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Gaya has passed a reasoned order.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fails to point out any illegality in the reasoned order passed by the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Gaya.

5. Accordingly, I do not find any merit in the present writ application. The same stands dismissed.
