JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case for the offence under Sections 364 (A) and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the misuse is about 2-3 dates, for which he has already in custody since 11.06.2014, for more than one year.

It appears that earlier also petitioner has misused the privilege of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, by way of last indulgence, the petitioner, Raghu Nath Yadav, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha,
