JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2023 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.01.2019, passed in CWJC No.17300 of 2018, the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University Muzaffarpur has already passed a reasoned order dated 11.10.2023, whereby and whereunder the petitioners have been granted promotion to ClassIII posts, however, it has been stipulated that the financial benefits shall be extended to them, after receipt of the funds from the State Government.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 28.01.2019 has stood complied with.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to agitate their subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
