2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with C.R. Case No. 1077 of 2023 instituted under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66E of the I.T. Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim. The alleged victim has filed the complaint case.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the wife of a disgruntled employee who was fired by the petitioner's company and therefore this false and fabricated case has been filed by her. Earlier also, the police has found the allegation false.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/ concerned Court in connection with C.R. Case No. 1077 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
