2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504, 307, 506, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with butt of the pistol on the cheek of the informant.
4. It is submitted that on account of land dispute a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ld. A.C.J.M.- IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.s. case no 386 of 2022, P.S. case no of subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
