JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot with stolen articles and carries criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with N.T.P.C ( Barh) P.S.Case No. 56 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh ( Patna) stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself after three months, if his trial is not concluded within the above stated period of three months. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
