In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No.92 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.51011 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 10.11.2015 rejected the bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
