This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a), 37(b(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43615 of 2021(3) dt.16-12-2021 2/2 against these petitioners, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
