Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.1.2016 in a case registered under bailable sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 8/ 10 of the POCSO Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he teased the informant and made attempt to outrage her modesty. The age of the victim has not been disclosed in the written report and even though case was registered for the offence of POCSO Act. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and it is the case of the petitioner that he was assaulted by the prosecution party.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
