Mr. Gyan Shankar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner, who claims to be the Secretary of Manti Devi Ram Sewak Rai Uchhaya Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Madhopur, Samastipur, has, by way of this writ application, challenged the letter No.3514 dated 21.10.2016 issued by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1612 of 2018(4) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, whereby the affiliation as well as Code of the said school has been cancelled. It is not disputed by Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, that the grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by this Court's decision dated 24.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1366 of 2017 (Ucchatar Madhyamik School (+2) Vs. The State of Bihar and others) and other analogous matter, which also came to be affirmed by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1431 of 2017 (Bihar School Examination Board and Others vs. Asha Sinha Memorial Uchcha Madhyamik Vidyalaya and others) and other analogous matters disposed of on 13.07.2018. In above view of the matter, this writ application also stands disposed of in the same terms and directions as passed in Ucchatar Madhyamik School (+2) Vs. The State of Bihar and others (supra).
