The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner was carrying 15 sacks of fertilizer.

It is submitted that the vehicle has already been released. The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle. He was carrying fertilizer on being hired.

The petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014.
