2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner caused fire arm injury on the chest of informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, due to village politics, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, clean antecedents of the petitioner and period of custody, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 256 of 2020. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
