ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 07-10-2015 Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36000 of 2014.

Consdiering the report of the Trial Court that the case was fixed for framing of Charge, I find no reason to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No.127 of 2012 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, is once again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination after framing of Charge along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18913 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
