2. The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against an order passed on 30.01.2014 whereby the appellant has withdrawn the
Patna High Court LPA No.627 of 2014 dt.20-09-2016 2/2 writ application to enable him to move Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.N.Jha Committee.
Since, the order passed is as per the statement of the learned counsel for the appellant, therefore, we do not find that any appeal against the said order is maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
