This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 307/34, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation of firing against the petitioner on the back of the informant causing injury and the injury report corroborates that the injury was caused by firearms.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage in connection with Ara (Town) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
