Petitioner is accused in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 registered under Sections 394 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by one witness, Nandlal Prasad, as detailed in paragraph no.8. Thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in the case on 08.12.2014 from another case vide Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2014, but till now he was not put on Test Identification Parade, while informant has claimed to identify the victim on seeing them again.

No.18435 of 2015 (3) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S.
