JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.01.2016 passed by the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Magadh Division, Gaya in Stamp Case No. 18 of 2015 (Aurangabad) by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits and disposed off in accordance with law without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation. It is further directed that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for recovery of the deficit
Patna High Court CWJC No.367 of 2018(4) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 stamp fees till the disposal of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
