ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-06-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 20.12.2003 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Saharsa in Criminal Appeal No. 5 of 2000, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 14.03.2000 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in G.R. No. 469 of 1988 (Tr. No. 734 of 2000), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 120(B) IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for six months under each count.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.43 of 2004 dt.26-06-2015 Having gone through the successive impugned judgments of the Court below, I am unable to discern any perversity.

However, considering the nature of allegations and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
