Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.12.2015 on the accusation that 14 live cartridges were recovered from the heap of straw on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that in para 3 of the petition, one case i.e. Wazirganj P.S. case no. 402/2015 has been left to be typed. It is further contended by him that the aforesaid recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner and for the aforesaid recovery, petitioner is in jail custody since long.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12563 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Wazirganj P.S. Case no. 504/2015.
