The present application has been filed for initiation of a proceeding of contempt for willful and deliberate violation of order dated 30.1.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6100 of 2008, as contained in Annexure 1, whereby the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the writ application with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent no. 2 who was expected to dispose of the same within a period of two months. From the supplementary show-cause filed on behalf of O.P. No. 2 and 3, it appears that the representation filed by the petitioner has been disposed of by the Director, Agriculture, Bihar vide order dated 14.2.2019, as contained in Annexure -
Patna High Court MJC No.2870 of 2017(4) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 OP2/3 to the show-cause.
In the above view of the matter, this Court is not required to proceed further in the matter.
This MJC application stands disposed of.
