JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have escaped from police custody while she was got admitted in hospital in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.,297 of 2014, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was never taken into custody by the police and as a matter of fact she was mercilessly assaulted by a mob and subsequently, she was got admitted in hospital but when the police officials were pressurized by the enemies of the petitioner, the police lodged the present case with a view to save its skin.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.218 of 2014.
