2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 14 kg Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that more than commercial quantity of Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner as such, he cannot escape liability for the same.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
