2. A petition has been filed for implementation of the order passed by the Appellate Authority.
3. Taking into consideration, the provision contained under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 1920, remedy is available under the Rules itself for implementation.
4. The writ petition is wholly mis-conceived and accordingly dismissed with liberty to move an appropriate application before the authority itself.
