JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and some others were caught in Haspura P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 and confessed their guilt disclosing their involvement in the present case. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
