Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the cattle shade of this petitioner, 5.4 liters of foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.03.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Teghra Police Station Case No. 87 of 2019, subject to the condition that the
