The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he got information that his daughter was seriously ill but he saw his daughter dead on account of burn injuries. It is submitted that the petitioner is the father-inlaw of the deceased. Ajit Sah, the husband of the deceased, is in jail. The deceased had two children. The deceased got burn injuries while she was cooking food.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
