JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.11.2014 in a case registered under Sections 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a,26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, petitioner along with two others attempted to commit rape on a mentally derailed girl but fortunately, police party reached there and caught the petitioner and two others and thereafter two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18968 of 2015 (3) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IX, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No. 272 of 2014.
