The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the appointment/selection of the private respondent no. 7 as a PDS dealer for the location Gram Panchayat Jataulia under the Motipur Block of District Muzaffarpur. The petitioner has further prayed

Patna High Court CWJC No.10200 of 2020 dt.30-11-2021 2/2 that after cancelling the selection of the private respondent no. 7 as a PDS dealer, the petitioner be granted PDS licence. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned Divisional Commissioner by filing appropriate representation/revision petition against the aforesaid decision of the District Selection Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present petition as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate representation/revision petition is filed by the petitioner before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
