ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 02.08.2004 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya in Cr. Appeal No. 17 of 2002/107 of 2001.
Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any perversity in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the date of occurrence, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him. The petitioner shall pay the amount of fine as directed by the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
