2. The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Misc. Case No. 16 of 2016 by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar by which the Department of Railways was directed to deduct Rs. 15,000/- per month from the salary of the petitioner by way of maintenance for outstanding amount of Rs. 3,72,000/-, as also the order dated 23.12.2015, passed by the same Court in Maintenance Case No. 57 of 2009 directing the Railways to deduct Rs. 10,000/- per month from the salary of the petitioner.
