The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR was registered against unknown on theft of Bolero vehicle of the informant. Subsequently the petitioner and two others were apprehended with stolen Bolero vehicle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery cannot be treated from the possession of the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the fact that the investigation has

No.22341 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
