JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In the present case, the informant and two others sustained grievous injuries but, admittedly, there is a case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner is also said to have sustained grievous injury. The quarrel took place between the parties on account of construction of roof. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 03.01.2016 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranvijay Kumar, Sub Judge, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No. 117 of 2015.
