21. 10-07-2015 The present writ petition pertains to service dispute of army personnel.

Sri Anjani Kumar Sharan, learned Central Govt. Counsel, at the very outset, submits that in view of enactment of Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 (in short "Act"), automatically, the pending cases are required to be transferred to the Tribunal under Section 34 of the Act. He submits that this issue has already been set at rest.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Armed Forces Tribunal at Kolkata forthwith.
