The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 32 of 2015 (Deoriya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013) registered under Sections 436 of the Indian Penal Code, 17 of the C.L.A. Act and after investigation charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 13, 15 and 16 of the unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Rajiv Ranjan, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and

It is further submitted that co-accused, Rajiv Ranjan, who disclosed the name of petitioner and others, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 42324 of 2014 and analogous cases. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 32 of 2015 (Deoriya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013).
