This application is for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and/or direction/directions granting thereby to the petitioner the following relief/reliefs:- (i) to call the decision of Municipal Commissioner, Ara Municipal Corporation (Respondent No.-3) containing the Memo No. 2447 date 26/9/2017 issued from the office of Ara Municipal Corporation (Respondent No.2) as contained in Annexure-4 whereby and where under the settlement made to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17598 of 2017(6) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 be the in favour of petitioner (for collection of parking charge from sand and others goods loaded and MT tractors truck with Dala, pick up van and small vehicles under the territories of area Municipal Corporation)(Respondent No. 2)was cancelled; (ii) for commanding the Ara Municipal Corporation including the concerned respondent authorities to immediately return to the petitioner the difference of amount which he had already deposited with the respondent it and the total amount of collection of parking charge by him for the period (to the extent where of the petitioner could collect parking charge without any hindrance, disturbances, or unlawful interference by unsocial and undesirable elements) along with the interest at the rate of 16% percent per annum on the aforesaid differences amount. It seems that with the passage of time, the petition has become infructuous.
