2. The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

"For review of the order dated 18.05.2018 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah (as his lordship then was), in C.W.J.C. No. 8646 of 2017, by which his Lordship has disposed of the writ application along with other analogous cases on the ground that it has been admitted at the Bar that the dues of the petitioner has been paid."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty that if the grievance is still there, he can approach before the appropriate forum at an appropriate time.
