2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities, especially respondent no. 4, the Circle Officer, Raxaul to remove the encroachment.

In view of the prayer made in this application, the Circle Officer, Raxaul (respondent no. 4) is directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 25/2022-23 in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
