This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.01.2016 having no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Barsoi (Kachna O.P.)
