Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 410 of 2012 arising out of Thawe P.S. Case No. 176 of 2011 registered under Sections 364, 379, 120(B), 302, 411 and 414 of the I.P.C.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was refused on 20.02.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 32101 of 2013 by this Court taking into consideration the facts that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but he along with co-accused Biresh Pandey @ Brijesh Pandey was seen with the theft Bolero at Areraj by the Officer-inCharge of Mahadeva O.P. in course of investigation of other cases.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19136 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Later on, the prayer of the co-accused Brijesh Pandey was allowed by a Bench of this Court on 11.03.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 49475 of 2014. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.12.2011. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Gopalganj in connection with S. Tr. No. 410 of 2012 arising out of Thawe P.S. Case No. 176 of 2011. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
