Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307, 394 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the petitioner was arrested in course of investigation and made his confessional statement and except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Ekgnarsarai P.S.
