====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 At the time of hearing of this review application, the learned counsel for the petitioner raised a fresh ground that the attesting witness, which was to be examined was also in jail custody.
The learned counsel appearing for the opposite party submitted that no such plea was taken before the trial court nor at the time of hearing of the writ application.
Perused the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16827 of 2014 dated 04.02.2016. There is no error apparent on the face of the record i.e. in the order sought to be reviewed. In my opinion, on the fresh ground the review application cannot be entertained. Thus, this civil review application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) brajesh/- U
