Patna High Court CWJC No.11023 of 2019(3) dt.01-12-2022 2/3 On 25.11.2022, we had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner has suppressed material information inasmuch as joint inspection of the land took place on 15.03.2019, wherein petitioner was also present. Also, the land was found to be non- suitable, which fact was never disputed by the petitioner. This information stands suppressed by the petitioner.
None has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. However, in the interest of justice, matter is adjourned.
