The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.209 of 2011 arising out of Haveli Kharagpur P.S. Case No.265 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 121A, 122, 379, 427, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 10, 13 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act. It has been contended that similarly circumstanced coaccused Taro Da @ Tarkeshwar Mandal @ Tarkeshwar Roy @ Mandal Jee, Adhik Lal Pandit and Ravi Ram @ Bhagina @ Rabindra Ram have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court in different bail applications. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J., 1st , Munger, in connection with Haveli Kharagpur P.S. Case No.265 of 2010.
