This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 376, 448, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner and one another armed with iron rod entered the house of the informant, assaulted her and tried to ravish her chastity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is, admittedly, land dispute between the parties and the petitioner is the Bhainsur of the informant.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13268 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2015 arising out of G.R. No. 944 of 2015.
