JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2026 Md. Najmul Hoda, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Labour Court, Purnia, has declared the termination of the petitioners from the service as Man Power (Manav Bal) in NBPDCL as illegal in Reference Case No. 2 of 2021, made by the Governor, State of Bihar. He further submits that the respondent authorities have not reinstated the petitioners in service as Man Power (Manav Bal), consequent upon the decision rendered by the Labour Court, Purnia as discussed hereinabove, stating the pendency of the present writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so as to enable the

4/4 respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioners in service consequent upon the decision rendered by the Labour Court, Purnia, in Reference Case No. 2 of 2021.

3. Prayer is allowed.
